Our love and passion is to create truly great coffee using sweet science. We are located in the magnificent Margaret River wine region of Western Australia, world renowned for its raw beauty, fine produce and breathtaking surf breaks.
We are a specialist roast producer offering single origin and expertly blended beans to produce the perfect cup of coffee or espresso.
We use only ethically sourced coffee beans from around the world including Colombia, Ethiopia, Barzil, Peru, Costa Rica and Mexico. We can trace our beans back to the origin farm, insuring the quality and integrity of all Commonage Coffee roasts.
Our Specialty Roasts
Our main blend is the Colombian Blend, it is a bit of a crowd pleaser, nice smooth milk chocolate, white peach notes with a hint of berries. Very easy drinking and would recommend for either filter or milk based espresso drinks.
Our next most popular blend is named Miss Brazil. It is a slightly darker roast, more body, rich dark chocolate and malt flavour. Great for long blacks and more aggressive flat whites
Most of the coffee we used at Commonage Coffee Co. is speciality grade coffee and we can custom blend and roast to customers requirements.
Lighter roasts and single origins are also available. We tend to use micro lot specialty coffee beans for the lighter roasts. The menu is always changing here at Commonage, so best to contact us directly if interested finding out what is in our roaster that particular day.
